The Market

TOTAL broke an important resistance and is currently at another important resistance. The market is hot and FOMO is kicking in. ETF is expected in 36 days and Halving and Rate cuts are around the corner.

I think the rally will continue at least until the ETF news. Maybe this will be a sell the news event and we see a correction after.

But maybe the narrative switches to Halving and buying continues. In this case, I expect a correction after halving.

A correction will come. Have a portfolio ready to add at dips - we will see much higher prices in the bull run.

Buy now or wait for a correction?

Do both. I don’t want to be sidelined before the bull run, so I’m buying. But of course I want to buy corrections to have the best entry, so I don’t buy with all I have now.

Another significant factor in my considerations are taxes. In Germany, all gains are tax-free if I have held a coin for longer than a year - and I expect full bull mode in 1 - 1,5 years.

You should definitely be well-informed about how it is in your country!

My Portfolio

I started buying in April, and I currently hold about 20 positions. But what if I were to start completely anew? If I were to invest $1k or $10k today?

With a portfolio size of up to 10k, I would personally set the risk rather high. However, that's something everyone has to decide for themselves! If you want to decrease the risk, add large-caps like LINK, ETH or even BTC.

Furthermore, I would limit myself to 5 projects to have a good overview, and avoiding too many costs through transfers to wallets or for swaps, etc.

As it stands, I would decide for these projects - two “sure things”, KAS and TAO and three smaller ones.

$KAS

Kaspa is the first blockDAG and it is the first project that solves the blockchain trilemma. Awesome.

It already made many Xs, but remember that it is a fair launched project. Other coins with a lot of funding are starting already with a much bigger market cap!

With some confidence, one can assume a market cap of over 100B. Current mc: approx. 3B.

$TAO

Bittensor is the leader of AI-coins. It's AI infrastructure like ChatGPT. With most, I believe there’s no need to argue that TAO belongs in every portfolio.

$QUBIC

This project uses a Proof-of-Useful-Work consensus mechanism. Instead of solving mathematical puzzles like Bitcoin, it employs AI training tasks, such as processing datasets or machine learning.

The energy consumption of PoW for useful tasks - how cool is that? This will be a huge narrative.

Braver Crypto about QUBIC:

$SPACE

Bitcoin is a narrative itself - remember Ordinals? My timeline was orange for months. MVC global is the only decentralized, fair launched L2 solution for Bitcoin.

Don’t forget that the current rally is driven by the narrative around Bitcoin’s spot ETF. SPACE is smart contracts and scalability on Bitcoin!

$RIO

Realio is a very promising project in the sector of Real World Assets. RWA means the tokenization of tangible assets that exist in the physical world, that are brought on chain (e.g. real estate).

RIO is a leading project in this narrative and has a strong community. One of my 100x bets.

Other coins

If you don't like a coin on this list, simply replace it with one of the many other options! In my pinned post, I introduced 15 projects of various sizes!

Bigger Portfolios

If your portfolio is larger than 10k, you can still go with these coins, but I would definitely add some larg-caps.

While larger coins may not have as much room for gains, it's also extremely unlikely that they will disappear overnight.

20k: add LINK, SOL and ETH

30k: add Bitcoin

Updates

In the upcoming issues of my newsletter, I will repeatedly review this portfolio and make changes if something significant has happened.

Additionally, there will soon be regular technical analysis of selected coins again – but this issue just had to happen now!
