Bitcoin

Bitcoin made a textbook bullish continuation pattern and is testing the 47-48k resistance.

Close above and 52k and low 60s are the next resistance levels.

While this is very exiting, there is one topic, wich excites me even more:

ERC404

This new token standard is a mix of the “normal” token standard (ERC20) and the NFT token standard (ERC721).

It’s new and experimental, but it could be a real game changer.

With ERC404 you can hold fractions of an NFT. That wasn’t possible before. It’s the same idea as in RWA and tokenization.

The first ERC404 was Pandora - DeFrogs is the first profile pic collection.

These two projects could the blue chips in this narrative.

A/B-Tier exchanges, Coinmarketcap and Coingecko added the new standard already to their wallet and made a new category.

This is only the beginning, I expect listings on A/B-Tier exchanges soon.

Strategy

Crypto is confusing and you can't do it all at once properly:

• Memecoins / Narratives

• High qualitiy altcoins

• rading futures

Focus on one thing at a time - but focus on what?

1. Narratives

   Shift your focus as needed. If there's a strong narrative with a real innovation, focus 100% on this for a couple of weeks.

   Never go all in. This is 5-20% of your capital. Your main bag is hq-altcoins.

   Ordinals, Pepe, ERC404, the next shiny thing is coming.

   Ride narratives while they are hot. And ride them 100%.

2. High quality altcoins

   This is your most important bag. This is your multiplier.

   Roll your profits from narratives and trading into hq-altcoins and make more Xs.

   At some point, you have to take the time and focus 100% on finding your altcoin picks.

   When to take profits and roll into your picks? Every hype will fade. Take profits before the big crash. But if there are still first listings on the horizon, be patient.

   For reference: PEPE hype was about 2 weeks, ordinals about 4 weeks.

3. Trading

   Trading futures is possible in every market condition. So if you have found your altcoin picks and there's no hot narrative, learn trading. This is the best way to become a better investor.

   You will learn how to read the markets, human psychology and TA

   This will help you in every aspect of crypto. Roll profits into your altcoin bag.

Ride this ERC404 narrative 100%

• Focus 100% on this trend. Be in Telegram, be on Twitter.

• Take profits a little bit too early (e.g. my current expectation for Defrogs is 100m, so TP 75% at 80-90m, leave 25% in case it goes to 1B)

• Focus 100% and react accordingly - if market or narrative weakens, TP earlier

• Roll profits into Qubic, ZEPH, SMH or whatever high-quality altcoin is down then

• Back to trading futures & chill on your altcoin bags
